At S3 Luxury, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or partially used products
  • Fragrance preference not matching expectations
  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be picked up (if applicable)
  • After inspection, the refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

4. Refund Mode

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is available only for damaged or incorrect products
  • Replacement request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Important Note

S3 Luxury sells fragrances inspired by premium trends. Since perfumes are personal-use products, returns based on fragrance preference will not be accepted.
