At S3 Luxury, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or partially used products
- Fragrance preference not matching expectations
- Products without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The product will be picked up (if applicable)
- After inspection, the refund will be initiated
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
4. Refund Mode
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is available only for damaged or incorrect products
- Replacement request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Important Note
S3 Luxury sells fragrances inspired by premium trends. Since perfumes are personal-use products, returns based on fragrance preference will not be accepted.
